Layers of Forest
1.Canopy – Canopy has the highest tree
tops. It is the most existing level because the wild life lives over there.
Many different types of animals and birds live there those who need sunlight
e.g. Monkey
2.Under storey – Under storey of the
forest includes trunks and branches.
3.Forest floor- Forest floor is the
lowest of the three levels. It is a home of tree’s roots and ferns. Large animals
e.g. Tapir and large cats like Jaguar live here.
